The Role: Commercial Property Lawyer

As a Commercial Property specialist, you will manage a diverse caseload including:

• Freehold and leasehold commercial transactions
• Property elements of corporate deals, business sales & acquisitions
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial leases and renewals
• Development and land projects
• Optional residential conveyancing if you enjoy variety

You’ll work closely with business owners, developers and investors across the region, with full paralegal and administrative support provided

• Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Location: Wadebridge, North Cornwall
• Work Model: Hybrid – up to 2 days/week remote
• Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE
• Start Date: Immediate/As soon as available

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
• Minimum 3 years’ PQE in commercial property (or mixed property)
• Strong attention to detail and confident client communication skills
• Desire to work independently but collaboratively within a close-knit team
